Goat Blueberry Protein Smoothie
Breakfast serves 2
1 cup of Trader Joe's Coconut milk
1 cup of water
1 cup of ice
1 cup of blueberries
2 cups of spinach
1 scoop of Garden of Life Raw Protein Powder
1 cup of Goat Milk whole yogurt
Blend on HI in the VITAMIX till smooth less than 1 min aproximately.
I like to switch up my protein powders so I don't get tired of the same one everyday :)
Each portion contains 226 Calories
